Bootcamp Fitness

Are you up for the challenge?!

Whole body workouts build up your strength and endurance. This class is great for someone who is trying to lose weight, tone up or increase strength and energy.  Designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Come out for an hour of intense calorie burning fun!

Dates: Monday and Wednesday. Begins Monday, July 9th.

Times: 6pm – 7pm

Cost: $40/month $6.50/drop in
